Attorneys for Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students in 2022, filed multiple motions Friday seeking to suppress key evidence in the case, including DNA samples and digital records.

Citing constitutional rights and privacy violations, his defense submitted 14 briefs with the court Thursday evening in efforts to have evidence possessed by prosecutors thrown out before trial.
