If you exported the balance sheet into Excel format, skip this step. Select the exported file and click "Open." Because the file is in a recognized CSV or XLS format, it will open automatically.

Use the reference format "Sheet2!A:A" to reference an entire column on another sheet. Use the reference format "Sheet2:Sheet3!A:A" to reference an entire column from a range of sheets.

How to add a conditional format If you want the daily running balance to stand out, as shown in Figure E, use conditional formatting. Begin by selecting that column (G3:G12).
