Grey's Anatomy, ABC's longest-running medical procedural series, premiered its milestone 450th episode (Season 22 Episode 2) titled We Built This City on October 16.
For the 2024-25 season, Grey's Anatomy employed a cost-cutting measure that's become more common in long-running shows of its kind: reducing the minimum guarantees for its longstanding cast members. The show shrunk series regular's guarantees from 18 to 14 episodes per season, Deadline reported previously.
