2. Place Table Headings on Every Page Use Repeat Header Rows to ensure that a table spanning multiple pages has column headings on every page.
Alternatively, you could put the header row data in the document header. Thereby avoiding having to redo it every time. Merging into tables is a huge PITA, especially for a repeating report.
If Word Tables are not going to the next page, enable Allow row to break across pages option and see. More working solutions here.
