Two special elections Tuesday for seats in the Minnesota House will determine the makeup of the chamber heading into next month's Legislative Session.

Minnesota's four Republicans in the U.S. House proposed a bill this week that would withhold election funding to the state, unless Minnesota complies with the DOJ.
