Google's killing Chrome support for 32-bit Linux machines, but don't worry: You have options.
Currently, users can still download a 32-bit Chrome beta, if they so choose. Will Google force users to upgrade to 64-bit Chrome by mid-September? We’ll have to wait and see.
Google will release Chrome 58.0.3029.96 in the coming days and weeks, and as part of this update, the company plans to move some of its 32-bit users to Chrome's 64-bit version.
The 32-bit browser is still the default at the moment, so anyone wanting to switch will have to re-download the browser and explicitly choose to get the 64-bit version.
