The Milwaukee Brewers announced a series of transactions on Aug. 22 with Joey Oritz going on the injured list and Jackson Chourio beginning a rehab assignment.

Milwaukee’s Joey Ortiz went on the 10-day injured list with a strained left hamstring Friday, leaving the NL Central-leading Brewers without their starting shortstop.
