The Broncos may take it a bit easier in the preseason finale as many of the questions with this roster have likely been answered and they won't want to see any key players go down with injury. But even the second and third-team guys have looked good for the Broncos this summer, so the Saints quarterbacks could be in for a tough night.
Lohner checks in as the final tight end, who may not clear waivers due to the athletic upside he has. He makes the roster out of fear of him getting claimed, but barring injuries, he will be a gameday inactive. Obviously, when Adkins comes back from IR, one of these tight ends could be waived.
NFL teams typically carry three running backs on the active roster, but the Denver Broncos do not have a typical backfield.

The Denver Broncos evidently saw enough in Michael Dwumfour during his workout Tuesday, as the team has signed the former Houston Texans defensive lineman, 9NEWS ' Mike Klis reported. Inside linebacker J.B. Brown was waived in a corresponding roster move, according to Klis.
The game will be locally televised in the Denver market on KTVD with Steve Levy (play-by-play) and Ryan Harris (analyst) providing commentary while Cynthia Frelund and Scotty Gange report from the sidelines. Out-of-market fans can also stream the game live on NFL+.
Broncos head coach Sean Payton told reporters in his Thursday press conference that starters are set for 8-to-10 plays against the Saints. “That’s not just etched in stone — and then [we’ll] get into our second phase and third phase ,” Payton said. “I’ve said this each week, there’s still some real important decisions to be made.”
