CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A popular and widely-used medicine was recalled because it may not be as effective as advertised. The Food and Drug Administration announced on October 10 that 141,984 bottles of generic brand Atorvastatin Calcium tablets were recalled because they may not work as well as intended due to "failed dissolution specifications."
