Novak Djokovic's Wimbledon run was brought to an abrupt and miserable end, following a straight sets defeat to a commanding Jannik Sinner. The Italian proved far too hot for Djokovic to handle, giving the tennis icon the run around from the opening serve.

World no. 1 Jannik Sinner will play in his fourth consecutive Major final, and the first at Wimbledon. Jannik faced the seven-time champion Novak Djokovic in the semi-final on Centre Court and scored a 6-3, 6-3, 6-4 victory in an hour and 54 minutes.

Carlos Alcaraz takes on Taylor Fritz, and Jannik Sinner faces Novak Djokovic in the men’s semifinals at Wimbledon.
