Arsenal and Takehiro Tomiyasu have agreed to terminate the defender’s contract with immediate effect. Tomi joined the club from Bologna in August 2021 and made an immediate impact, winning the Player of the Month award in September.

Arsenal have announced that defender Takehiro Tomiyasu 's contract at the club has expired. The Japan international leaves the club after an injury-hit four years in north London, where he made 84 appearances in all competitions.
