Following on from our higher level rotator cuff rehab, this eccentric catch exercise (while kinda fun and a bit tricky) is great for late stage rehab in throwing and overhead sports like tennis. You need great eccentric rotator cuff strenght to slow/deccelerate the arm after throwing or hitting a ball overhead.
