This is Kamden Taylor's second arrest for a school threat. Last arrested in September for an online threat from his PlayStation, the 13-year-old was arrested again today after the Volusia County Schools Gaggle system caught another direct threat written on his school laptop at Riverview Learning Center in Ormond Beach.
