#GretchenHoReports: Our first documentary is on the West Philippine Sea, entitled “Kalboro” (what the locals call Scarborough Shoal). Taking off from the second civilian convoy, we focused our lens on Kalboro, being a microcosm of the complexities of the conflict between China and the Philippines. We traced back to how 3 administrations have dealt with the disputes at sea, the Aquino, Duterte and Marcos administrations, in the face of an emboldened China determined to redefine its role in the wo
